Technical Project ManagerRandstad Engineering Solutions is looking for an outstanding project manager to join our embedded software development team. As a Technical Project Manager, you will be responsible for the Program Management activities on new product development and/or current production maintenance programs. You will lead and manage cross-functional engineering development teams for new development, cost reduction, and product improvement programs.Required Skills - PMP, Engineering, agricultureJob Duties - You will be responsible for the following:Provide technical/managerial leadership to explore and champion cost reduction and product improvement programs.Facilitate and guide activities of a cross-functional product development team to achieve program objectives defined by Marketing, Engineering, Manufacturing, Purchasing, and After-sales groups.Develop and maintain, timing plans, risk assessments, mitigation plans, and budgets for assigned programs.Facilitate program team meetings, document meeting minutes, and track actions to closure.Prepare project documentation, monthly reports, and lead preparation of data for program milestone reviews.Ensure programs comply with applicable regulations and machine directives.
