Title- Salesforce Field Service Lightning (FSL) ArchitectLocation- Remote ContractJob SummaryWe are looking for an experienced Salesforce Field Service Lightning (FSL) Architect to design, implement, and optimize field service solutions using Salesforce Field Service within the Salesforce ecosystem. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in FSL architecture, scheduling optimization, and system integrations, along with strong leadership skills.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign end-to-end Field Service solutions aligned with business requirements Lead architecture and implementation of FSL modules (Work Orders, Service Appointments, Scheduling) Configure and optimize dispatcher console and mobile workforce solutions Implement intelligent scheduling, routing, and resource optimization strategies Integrate Salesforce with external systems (ERP, billing, inventory, etc.) Develop and customize using Apex, Lightning Components, and APIs Provide technical leadership to developers, admins, and stakeholders Ensure scalability, performance, and security of the platform Troubleshoot complex issues and provide solutions Collaborate with business teams to improve field operations efficiency Required Skills & Qualifications8+ years of experience in Salesforce, with strong focus on FSL Hands-on experience with Field Service Lightning architecture Strong knowledge of: Work Orders, Service Appointments, Work Types Dispatcher Console & Scheduling Policies Mobile Field Service solutions Expertise in Apex, Lightning (LWC/Aura), and integrations (REST/SOAP APIs) Experience with Service Cloud and core Salesforce data model Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Excellent communication and stakeholder management Preferred QualificationsSalesforce certifications (Application/System Architect preferred) Experience in industries like Telecom, Utilities, or Field Services Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies Experience with third-party integrations and middleware tools RegardsRaahul Bansiwallinkedin.com/in/rahul-b-14b5a4168 (2014792186) | Office: (201) 479 2186 EXT: 444www.net2source.com270 Davidson Ave, Suite 704, Somerset, NJ 08873, USA Knowledge is Power.
