Junior Recruiter Or SourcerFlexibility to work from home 1-2 days a week after first few weeks or month and ramping up on the position. Junior recruiter or sourcer needed This is a heads down sourcer role with need to funnel candidates and provide some administrative support to the tech ops and recruiting team in terms of scheduling interviews etc. IT recruiting/sourcing experience is must have. Roles this recruiter will be sourcing on will be UI/UX designers, developers and software engineers. Understanding of IT sourcing or Jargons is a Must Have. 6 months duration to begin with possibility of extension/conversion based on business need. 2-4 years' experience needed. This is not a senior recruiter role. Must Haves Strong tech experience Flexibility and adaptability Can do it attitude Interview - Phone screen followed by video interview
