OBGYN- Obstetrician & Gynecologist

The OB/GYN position is a full-time, exempt role based at a medical clinic in Bay City, TX, reporting to the CEO.Licensed and board-certified physician specializing in women’s health, pregnancy, and reproductive care. Responsible for diagnosing, treating, and preventing female health issues, including cancers, hormonal, and pelvic disorders, and managing prenatal, delivery, and postpartum care. Performs examinations, diagnostic tests, counseling, and surgical procedures; oversees clinical staff and ensures compliance with standards and regulations. Coordinates community health programs, hospital privileges, and community outreach; participates in quality improvement and certification initiatives. Provides after-hours on-call support, with potential travel for education and conferences.
