Senior Staff Accountant

I am looking to hire a full-time Senior Staff Accountant for a reputable manufacturing company here in Menomonee Falls, WI (53051). This role will be permanent and is looking to interview/start immediately. Pay: $90,000 + $100,000 + Benefits Benefits: Health, Vision, Dental, 401k, Tuition, PTO, Holidays, etc. Schedule: M-F, 8am – 5pm (flexible) Remote: No, 100% onsite Job Responsibilities: Prepare and post journal entries Reconciling general ledger accountsJob costing, including reviewing job costs, labor hours, material usage, overhead allocation, and job profitability Assist with month-end and year-end closing processesMaintain fixed asset records and depreciation schedulesSupport AP, AR, and payroll Compliance with company policies Assist with audits Qualifications: Associates/Bachelors Degree3-5 years of accounting experienceManufacturing experience
