Alyssa D.-Hiring Manager **Experience Not Required* Overview: We are seeking a dedicated Physical/Occupational Therapist to join our team. As a Physical/Occupational Therapist, you will play a crucial role in helping patients recover from injuries, illnesses, or surgeries by developing personalized treatment plans and providing hands-on therapy. Responsibilities: - Conduct assessments to evaluate patients' physical conditions and needs. - Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient's unique goals. - Implement therapeutic exercises and techniques to improve mobility, relieve pain, and prevent or limit permanent physical disabilities. - Educate patients and their families on at-home exercises and self-care techniques. - Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care. - Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records. Skills: - Proficient in patient care with a focus on geriatrics and hospital medicine. - Experience in inpatient and outpatient settings, particularly in hospital setting. - Strong physiology knowledge to design effective treatment plans. - Familiarity with trigger point therapy for pain management. - Ability to work effectively in both clinic and hospital environments.
