Senior Appian Business Analyst

A company is looking for a Senior Business Analyst - Appian. Key Responsibilities Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements for ServiceNow implementations Translate business needs into user stories and acceptance criteria for ServiceNow solutions Act as a liaison between business users and technical teams, ensuring understanding of ServiceNow functionality Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, or related field 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, with 3+ years of hands-on experience with Appian implementations Proven experience leading requirements gathering and stakeholder engagement across multiple Appian modules Strong knowledge of Agile delivery methodologies Familiarity with federal IT environments and compliance/security requirements preferred
