The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, organizing, and managing cross-functional projects/implementations. The Program Manager will play a crucial role in establishing and maintaining project cadence, governance, and overall control to achieve successful outcomes.What You Will DoPartner with internal teams to ensure timelines and deliverables are metSchedule and lead cross-functional collaboration through the project lifecycle Monitor and report on the progress of all project activity including significant milestones and conditions which would affect project cost Build and maintain strong partner relationshipsEffectively communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely and transparent manner Delegate tasks and responsibilities to appropriate personnel Communicate clearly with internal stakeholdersSchedule and lead project meetings, and ensure all communicated action items are recorded, organized, and assignedResponsible for weekly and quarterly reporting on assigned projects and programs What You Will HaveBachelor’s degree 3+ years in program management Strong written and oral communication skills Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment Ability to react to project adjustments and alterations promptly and efficiently BenefitsGenerous time off policiesTop shelf benefitsEducation, wellness and lifestyle supportDigiCert offers a competitive benefits package for all of our full-time employees.
