The Senior Accountant will be responsible for managing financial records, preparing and analyzing financial statements, etc. The position will also involve reconciling accounts, maintaining internal controls, and supporting financial audits as necessary. QualificationsWorkday experience is a PLUS as we are transitioning to Workday on 5/18/26. (Offering a $5,000 sign-on bonus for those with Workday experience!) Strong knowledge of Financial Reporting, General Ledger management, and Preparation of Financial StatementsProficiency in Accounting SoftwareAttention to detail, Analytical Skills, and Problem-Solving AbilitiesExcellent Communication and Team Collaboration SkillsMinimum of 5 years of relevant accounting experienceExperience in long-term care facilities is a plus
