Sales Manager Responsibilities: Local, family owned automotive group is looking to add a sales manager to their team. This person will be motivated, customer centric and values based! We are looking for someone who can inspire employees to create excellent customer interactions with every experience! 70-100+ pay Position Requirements · Franchise automotive retail sales experience preferred. Sales and Finance Manager experience preferred. · Excellent communication skills. · Be well organized with clean paperwork. · Promote and maintain CSI scores above the district and regional standards. · Must be team oriented. · Honesty and integrity are a must. · Excellent problem solving skills and follow through.
