Project ManagerStamford, CT 06904 & Irving, TX 750396+ MonthsHybrid 2 Day OnsiteJob Description:The global Process Improvement Operations team's goal is to ensure that our delivery focused teams have the tools and resources to deliver exceptional experiences at scale and in an ever changing environment. This requires close partnership with serval key stakeholders, both direct partners and across the wider Conferences Business.About the Role:Lead and manage several large scale projects, across multiple teams. Share regular updates to Conferences leadership at an executive summary level.What you will do: Partner with key leaders across several teams within Conferences on continuous process improvement and priority projectsDrive key strategic projects through design phase to implementationSupport redesign of agenda templates and managementOwn transition of Global Conferences file sharing and storage from Google Drive to SharePointProject Manage change requirements as result of above transitionHelp support lead on technology requirements as a result of ongoing or new projectsDrive non direct reports through projects, helping drive progress to ensure timely completion of deliverablesSupport various teams/roles onsite at Conferences (potentially)What you will need: Bachelor's degree with focus on events and or project management preferred7-10 years of business experienceManagement experience leading a teamExcellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines in dynamic environmentsProven budget management abilities, project management experience, and ability to process and analyze dataEffective at building relationships with internal and external partners globallyExcellent customer service and problem-solving skillsMust be self-motivated, proactive, articulate and possess excellent verbal and written communications skills Important Notes:PM-led role; not an Event Manager position (event experience is a plus, but PM skills are critical)This worker will lead the transition of enterprise file storage and collaboration solution, including redesign of the file sharing experienceMust be comfortable with ambiguity, strong attention to detail, and able to drive changeRequires confidence, engaging leadership, creating executive summaries, and aligning teamsHybrid role (2 days onsite): flexibility needed for occasional overtime/weekend work2 interview rounds: Hiring Manager followed by panel interviewPPM1TB_ENZRWhy TalentBurst?At TalentBurst, we deliver more than talent, we deliver outcomes.
