Utility Operator

Utility Operator Doherty Staffing Solutions is hiring Utility Operators for a leading agricultural/feed production company in Worthington, MN. In this role, youll help produce high quality feed products, support safe and efficient production processes, and work with a reliable, long standing team. If you enjoy hands on work, staying active throughout your shift, and working in an agricultural environment, this job could be a great fit.What Youll Do as a Utility Operator:Mix buckets and bags of feed ingredients to create final feed blendsFollow ingredient lists (hand add sheets) accuratelyPrep materials and maintain mixing buckets/bagsMonitor automated batching systemsOperate forklifts to move product and load/unload trucksPerform quality assurance testing to ensure durability and product standardsUse a man lift and climb up to 20 feet to inspect mill equipmentComplete minor maintenance tasksOperate equipment safely and efficiently following OSHA and company guidelinesWhat You Need to Bring to the Utility Operator Role:High School Diploma or equivalentAbility to lift 55 pounds with or without reasonable accommodationBasic math skillsStrong teamwork and communication skillsWillingness to work in natural climate conditions and stay physically activeExperience in agriculture, grain handling, or feed processing preferredAbility to pass required pre employment screening (physical exam, drug test, background check)Commitment to safe work habits and OSHA standardsWhy Youll Like Working with Doherty Staffing Solutions:Enjoy weekly pay, access to health coverage options through Benefits in a Card (including preventative and minimum value plans), and temp to hire opportunities for long term stability where applicable.
