This role is accountable for the systems, processes, and insights that help product leaders make better decisions: a customer insights program built on Pendo analytics, an advisory program that brings structured customer signal into planning, and a product operations program that drives planning discipline, prioritization rigor, and OKR accountability across product teams. This is a strategic operations role, not a program management role — the right candidate is equally comfortable designing a governance framework and holding cross-functional teams accountable to it.Product Analytics GovernanceServe as the internal product manager for Pendo — own the governance model, standards, and enablement program across a multi-product portfolioEstablish and enforce Pendo tagging conventions, naming standards, and data quality practices; manage user administration, application onboarding, and cross-product metadata alignmentDefine and manage the intake and governance process for in-app content built in Pendo across all product teamsDeliver monthly Pendo usage reports per application and quarterly cross-product analytics benchmarking to PM leadsCustomer Insights ProgramManage the operational rhythm of the customer advisory program — scheduling, synthesis, documentation, and distribution of insights from advisor relationshipsSupport advisor recruitment and cohort onboarding in partnership with the Director of Product Experience, who owns advisory strategyDeliver a regular cadence of customer insights reporting that translates behavioral and qualitative data into actionable input for product planningProduct Planning & PrioritizationSupport the rollout of a shared quarterly planning cadence across product teams — coordinate scheduling, track participation, and maintain the operational rhythm once launchedSupport PM leads in preparing planning materials, tracking decisions, and ensuring outputs are documented and visible to leadershipCoordinate adoption of the existing prioritization framework — identify where teams are not using it, surface friction points, and work with PM leads to close gapsOKR AccountabilityOwn OKR tracking visibility across the product organization — build and maintain reporting, and surface gaps to leadership with data to support commercial prioritization and execution effectiveness assessmentsShift from enablement to accountability: establish clear escalation paths for persistent non-compliance and integrate OKR review into the planning cadenceWhat Success Looks Like In This RoleProduct analytics data is trusted and consistently cited in planning and roadmap conversationsCustomer advisory program is active and producing insights that reach PM leads on a regular cadenceShared planning cadence is running across all product teams with leadership reporting in placeOKR data completeness is measurable, visible, and improving quarter over quarterRequired QualificationsEducationUndergraduate degree requiredExperience5+ years in product operations, product management, or a closely related role in a B2B SaaS environmentExperience working with product analytics platforms; Pendo experience a strong plusTrack record of driving process or tool adoption across teams without direct authority, and of designing operational systems that scale beyond the individual who built themStrong written communicator — able to translate operational data into clear reporting for senior audiencesHighly organized with strong follow-through; comfortable managing multiple workstreams simultaneouslySkilled at diagnosing root causes before proposing solutions — interviews before prescribingComfortable with ambiguity and able to sequence work in environments where leadership direction is high-levelWe offer the following benefits for you to take advantage of while you are here provided you meet the eligibility requirements under each governing program:401k savings & company matchPaid time offPaid holidaysMaternity leaveParental leaveMilitary leaveOther leaves of absenceHealth, dental, and vision benefitsHealth savings accountsFlexible spending accountsLife & disability benefits Identity theft protectionPet insuranceCertain positions may include eligibility for a short-term incentive planSalary may vary depending on factors such as confirmed job-related skills, experience, and location.
