Your primary objective is to hire and train successful associates for our store. It is the Customer Service Supervisor's responsibility to motivate, coach and inspire staff to achieve new levels of success and be customer-centric in their attitude and actions. Your goal is to consistently grow sales and profit by assisting the Store Manager and/or Assistant Store Manager in all operational procedures, reporting, inventory duties, and sales opportunities.Essential FunctionsAssist in the management of all aspects of the store's operations and customer serviceEnsure the branch meets budget, sales and profit plans every monthEnsure branch operational procedures are strictly followed making sure your branch is run smoothly, has accurate inventory, and correct billing and invoicing procedures are followed for samples and product purchases Ensure every branch complies with corporate-directed marketing and sales campaignsPromote and plan successful, polished, fun and well-attended product launch parties on a quarterly basis Actively push sales in discontinued products by ensuring new pricing is posted and announced in every store location, customers are notified, all staff are trained, and product is well-displayed to promote salesHelp resolve client issues immediately with best possible solutions, following corporate procedureAssist in establishing quarterly goals with all branch staff and review regularly ensure goals are metHire and develop a team that works cohesively with the customer as the primary focusManage time efficiently and delegate tasks as appropriate Prepare, coordinate, and assist with physical inventoriesPromote Bedrosians products and services everywhere you goMaintain and increase professional and technical knowledge by reviewing product literature, manuals, and manufacturer bulletins, as well as attending vendor/ manufacturer seminars whenever availableCoach sales staff to help meet individual and branch sales goalsTravel and participate in industry tradeshows and/or company meetings and events when necessaryWork within the framework of the company's defined rules, procedures, goals and directives. RequiredKnowledge, Skills and Experience:Three (3) years of prior large retail store assistant or department management experience Positive attitudeExcellent Computer skillsExcellent and professional phone skillsExcellent verbal and written English communication skills Excellent planning and organizational skills Ability to lead, motivate, and coach a teamExcellent understanding of design and colorWork on the weekends Possess a flexible work scheduleAbility to lift up to 80 lbs.Drivers License (must provide current MVR)PreferredBi-lingual in Spanish is a plusSupervisory ResponsibilitySupervises team of Customer Service RepsWork EnvironmentWell-lit, heated and/or air-conditioned indoor office and showroom setting with adequate ventilation.
