This role ensures high equipment availability, safety, and reliability through preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair activities across production environments. The technician works closely with engineering, production, and facilities teams to minimize downtime and support continuous manufacturing operations.ResponsibilitiesKey ResponsibilitiesPerform routine and non-routine preventive maintenance (PMs) on manufacturing equipment and toolsets.Troubleshoot equipment issues, diagnose root causes, and repair malfunctions to restore systems to operational status.Support sustaining operations by responding to equipment alarms, failures, and process interruptions.Read, interpret, and apply electrical, mechanical, and pneumatic schematics and documentation during troubleshooting and repair activities.Collaborate with process engineering and production teams to safely return equipment to service following maintenance or repair.Document maintenance activities, repairs, and observations in accordance with site and quality requirements.QualificationsRequired QualificationsWorking knowledge of basic electronics, pneumatics, and electro-mechanical systems.Experience troubleshooting complex manufacturing or automation systems.Ability to use schematics, manuals, and technical documentation to diagnose equipment issues.Hands-on experience performing preventive maintenance and corrective repairs on production equipment.Ability to achieve ITAR clearancePreferred QualificationsExperience supporting semiconductor, electronics, or precision manufacturing environments.Familiarity with sustaining manufacturing operations in a multi-tool, multi-process facility.Pay Range:USD $62,070.00 - USD $103,440.00 YearNote: For other locations, pay ranges will vary by regionThis role is eligible for Keysight Results Bonus Program US Employees may be eligible for the following benefits:Medical, dental and visionHealth Savings AccountHealth Care and Dependent Care Flexible Spending AccountsLife, Accident, Disability insuranceBusiness Travel Accident and Business Travel Health401(k) PlanFlexible Time Off, Paid HolidaysPaid Family LeaveDiscounts, PerksTuition ReimbursementAdoption AssistanceESPP (Employee Stock Purchase Plan)Restricted Stock UnitsVisa Sponsorship is unavailable for this positionCareers Privacy StatementKeysight is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
