Project Manager

We are working with a Construction firm that is looking for a Project Manager to oversee civil construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. This is a high-impact role within a well-established construction firm with a strong reputation for delivering complex civil and site work projects on time and on budget. ResponsibilitiesManage all phases of civil construction projects including site work, underground utilities, grading, paving, drainage, and infrastructure improvementsDevelop and maintain detailed project schedules; proactively identify risks and implement mitigation strategiesOversee project budgets, cost tracking, and financial reporting to ensure projects are delivered within approved budgetsCoordinate with owners, engineers, architects, municipalities, and inspectors throughout the project lifecycleSupervise and mentor project engineers, superintendents, and field crews; foster a collaborative, accountable team environmentServe as the primary point of contact for owners and client representatives; communicate proactively on status, schedule, and issuesPrepare and submit owner pay applications; review and approve subcontractor payment requisitionsManage change order preparation, negotiation, and execution
