This position comes with a four-course release to serve as the Managing Director of the International Business Institute and the Messiah Business Institute. Administrative assistance is provided for both institutes. The position will require advising undergraduate international business and business majors, departmental service, and institutional service.QualificationsThe University's preference is a candidate who has a doctoral degree in Business, but a candidate with an MBA will still be strongly considered. Teaching at the collegiate level and/or professional experience is strongly preferred. Faculty rank will depend on the hire's qualifications and experience.The ProgramMessiah University's Department of Business, accredited by the Accreditation Council for Business Schools and Programs (ACBSP), is the largest department within the School of Arts, Culture and Society (www.messiah.edu/departments/business).
