DAAR Engineering, Inc. is an award-winning Wisconsin based civil engineering and construction management firm comprised of experienced engineers, technicians, and project managers specializing in both public and private sector improvement projects. We are currently seeking a Land Survey Manager to join our Land Surveying division.

Qualifications:
10+ years of experience in various aspects of land surveying
MicroStation and AutoCAD or Civil 3D experience
Possess a broad-based knowledge of the construction and survey process
Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in written, graphical, and verbal forms
Experience with Microsoft Office
Registered as a Professional Land Surveyor in the state of WI a plus but not required
Responsibilities:
Managing a survey team of five to ten employees
Preparing proposals and contracts
Providing guidance and direction to field crew(s) and survey technicians
Overseeing survey aspects of civil engineering projects and/or directing preparation of all types of survey plans
Conducting deed and plan research and review
Preparing ROW plans and agreements
Performing survey computations and data collection
CAD and drafting
Pay: Based on experience and qualifications. Salary ranging up to $100,000 per year.
