Senior Front End / Full Stack Developer (AEM)Location: Wilmington, DE (2 days onsite)Alternate Locations: Houston, TX (5 days onsite) or Columbus, OH (5 days onsite)OverviewOur Client is seeking a Senior Front End / Full Stack Developer to support and enhance a large-scale Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) ecosystem supporting dozens of enterprise websites. This role requires a hands-on developer who can build new functionality, troubleshoot production issues, and collaborate across Product, Engineering, QA, and business teams to deliver high-quality digital experiences.The ideal candidate will have strong AEM development experience, modern JavaScript skills, API integration expertise, and experience leveraging AI-assisted development tools to improve delivery efficiency.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain enterprise web applications within Adobe Experience Manager (AEM)Build and enhance AEM components, templates, workflows, and integrationsDevelop responsive, accessible, and cross-browser compatible user experiencesTroubleshoot and resolve production issues across multiple websitesCollaborate with Product, Engineering, QA, and PM teams throughout the development lifecycleIntegrate RESTful APIs and backend services into front-end applicationsParticipate in code reviews and ensure adherence to development standardsSupport CI/CD processes and deployment automation initiativesLeverage AI-assisted development tools to increase productivity and code qualityProvide technical leadership and mentorship to developers when neededRequired Qualifications7+ years of front-end or full-stack development experienceStrong Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) development expertiseExperience with:AEM ComponentsHTL / SightlySling ModelsOSGiClient Libraries (ClientLibs)Templates and WorkflowsStrong JavaScript (ES6+) development skillsAdvanced HTML5 and CSS3 knowledgeExperience integrating RESTful APIsExperience using Git-based source control repositoriesStrong troubleshooting and debugging skills in complex web environmentsExperience working in Agile development environmentsPreferred QualificationsGitHub Copilot or AI-assisted development experienceBitbucket experienceApache web server configuration experienceCI/CD and deployment automation experienceReact, Angular, or Next.js experienceAccessibility (WCAG) and responsive design expertiseEnterprise-scale website support experienceFinancial services experienceWhat Will Make You Stand OutDeep AEM development experience in large enterprise environmentsExperience supporting multiple websites and high-visibility digital platformsAbility to quickly diagnose and resolve production issuesExperience leveraging GitHub Copilot, Cursor, or similar AI development toolsStrong communication and collaboration skills across technical and business teamsTechnology Doesn't Change the World, People Do.®Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
