No on call. 0645-1515, 0645-1915 0845-1715, 0845-2115 1045-1915 Types of Cases REQ: level I trauma experience Ortho Trauma, Neuro (craniamities), spine with implants, general, • Unit will not see any Cardiac or Transplant Types of Cases Preferred: Vascular, GYN, Opthalmology, Urology, ENT # of OR's: Years of experience REQ: 2 First-timers accepted: Yes Weekend REQ: Every other, flexibility is expected National Certs REQ: BLS, WA State Searches (NBTSA preffered) BLS REQ: YES Is on-call REQ? No Will clinician float within scope to meet facility needs? yes Floating Req to Sister Facilities: NO Open to accommodating block schedule? NO Locals accepted: YES What is the local radius rule?
