Location: Hot Springs, SD Practice Overview • Established, growth-oriented private practice • Strong emphasis on clinical quality and patient care • Collaborative, team-first culture with experienced staff • High patient demand with a consistently full schedule Clinical Team Structure • 3 Dentists on staff • 3 Hygienists currently • 6 Assistants with additional support during peak seasons • Administrative support team in place • Leadership led by the owner doctor and the office manager Position Overview / Core Responsibilities The Dental Hygienist plays a key role in patient care, education, and overall practice productivity.
