Our practice offers an experienced and motivated professional an opportunity to join a collegial and hard-working team.We offer a competitive compensation plan, excellent affordable insurance benefits (including health, dental, vision and life), 401K plan, paid vacation and holidays, and more.About the RolePrimary duties and responsibilities include:Manage a high-volume portfolio of consumer and commercial collection files from placement through resolution, including post-judgment enforcementDraft and file legal documents including complaints, motions, garnishments, writs of execution, and stipulations of settlementEstablish close working relationships with attorneys, clients, creditors, and debtors to ensure cooperative and timely resolution of mattersReview and analyze loan agreements, promissory notes, security agreements, and related banking documentationCoordinate all aspects of court filings, including electronic filing in state and magisterial district courtsPrepare and file motions, proofs of claim, and other documents in bankruptcy courtMonitor deadlines including statutes of limitations, response dates, and judgment renewal requirements across an active caseloadHandle debtor communications in strict compliance with the FDCPA, FCRA, and applicable Pennsylvania collection regulationsAssist with UCC searches, UCC-1 financing statements, and related secured transactions documentationSupport foreclosure and mortgage default matters, including preparation of notices, affidavits, and payoff demandsPrepare discovery, hearing binders, and trial preparation materials as directed by supervising attorneysMaintain accurate and current case records, billing entries, and client status reports QualificationsRequired Experience, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:3+ years of paralegal experience in banking, collections, or creditor-side litigationExperience with court filings and electronic filing platforms in Pennsylvania state courtsProficiency with case management software (Clio, ProLaw, or comparable platform) and MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)Highly detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage significant workflow assigned by multiple attorneysAbility to work under tight deadlines and respond to competing and shifting prioritiesExcellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skillsStrong work ethic, with the ability to work independently and as part of a teamAbility to problem-solve and exercise good judgment with strict confidentialityPositive and professional demeanor Pay Range and Compensation PackageBenefits:Competitive salary commensurate with experienceComprehensive benefits package including health, dental, vision, and life insurance401K retirement planPaid vacation and holidaysOpportunities for professional development and growthCollaborative and supportive work environment
