Project Coordinator - Supply Chain (HPE)

Job SummaryOversee supply chain activities associated with Customer demand coordinating with Suppliers to ensure timely purchase and delivery of product supporting the business. In this role you will be responsible for working directly with Warehouse personal and Production Supervisor/Operators ensuring materials pulled from warehouse and to production line meeting Customer build requirements.ResponsibilitiesOversee supply chain operations by analyzing customer demand and coordinating with suppliers to ensure timely procurement and delivery of materials.Effectively communicate with internal teams and external stakeholders—including program managers and buyer/planners—to provide timely updates on shipments, deliveries, and receipts.Coordinate with suppliers to track product returns and order statuses, ensuring prompt and accurate issue resolution.Setup and maintain SAP Master data for products purchased.QualificationsEducation: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a replated filed required. Successful completion of 4-years of high school, or equivalent, plus completion of two years of college or graduation from a two-year technical college with an associate’s degreeLicense(s) Or Certificate(s) Required (if Applicable)Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP) or Certified Professional in Supply Management (CPSM) is a plus.Experience3 plus years of relevant supply chain or logistics experience.Skillsstrong analytical and data analysis abilities, proficiency in supply chain software like SAP or other ERP systems, and skills in forecasting, inventory management, and logistics. Proficient in MS office suiteProactive and self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment. Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced, and results-driven environment requiring adaptability and flexibility
