Job Title: Principal Landscape Architect Location: Miami, Florida Overview An established, design-led multidisciplinary practice is seeking a Principal Landscape Architect to join its growing team in Miami. This is a senior leadership role for a motivated professional who is passionate about shaping innovative, resilient, and high-impact environments across a diverse portfolio of projects. Key Responsibilities Lead the design and delivery of complex landscape architecture projects from concept through construction Provide strategic direction and creative leadership to project teams Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor Contribute to business development efforts, including pursuits and proposals Collaborate closely with internal and external multidisciplinary teams Mentor and develop junior and mid-level staff Ensure design excellence, technical quality, and project profitability Qualifications & Experience Degree in Landscape Architecture or a related field Licensed Landscape Architect (or ability to obtain licensure) Significant professional experience in landscape architecture, with a proven track record in a leadership role Strong design, communication, and presentation skills Experience managing large, complex projects and multidisciplinary teams Demonstrated success in client engagement and business development Knowledge of regional landscape, climate, and regulatory environments is a plus
