Guest Services Operator, M - Th, 7am - 3pm
The Guest Relations Operator is a key point of contact for patients, families, visitors, and staff by providing exceptional telephone support, accurate call routing, and timely activation of hospital communication protocols. In addition to core operator duties, this role enhances the overall guest experience by offering helpful information and resources regarding hospital wayfinding, local hotels, restaurants, transportation options, and community resources. Education and TrainingHigh School Diploma or equivalent. ExperienceMinimum of one to two years experience in a customer service or call center environment; experience in hospital or physician answering service preferred. Other Skills, Competencies and Qualifications• Excellent oral communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to operate the phone system, computer, and other related business equipment. • Must maintain confidentiality of patient, employee or financial records. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) preferred.
