The role includes verifying and updating credit information as requested by clients to support the mortgage underwriting process. This position also provides operational support to the production team throughout the credit report supplement process.Shift Requirements:Must be able to work any of the following shifts: • Main shift: 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM • Training shift: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM CST Skills and Experience:Credit experience Call center experience Desired Skills:Mortgage experience (preferred) Education Requirements:High school diploma required Bachelor’s degree preferred Certification Requirements:(No specific certifications listed)
