A significant portion of our work is within the public sector, where we help government organizations streamline high-volume processes, improve data quality, and modernize critical operations through automation.We are looking for a Solutions Architect to join our public sector team, with a strong focus on UiPath and automation solutions. In this role, you will work directly with government clients and internal teams to design, guide, and deliver end-to-end automation and AI-enabled solutions that support mission-critical processes and drive meaningful operational improvements.As this role supports public sector clients, U.S. citizenship is required.Role / Responsibilities:Design end-to-end automation solutions using UiPath, aligned with business and technical requirementsDefine architecture, standards, and reusable frameworks for automation and AI-enabled solutionsTranslate business requirements into technical designs and delivery plansLead the lifecycle of solutions from discovery through design, development, testing, and deploymentProvide technical oversight to development teams, including guidance and code reviewsEnsure solutions meet security, governance, and enterprise architecture standardsCollaborate with stakeholders to identify automation and AI opportunitiesSupport pre-sales activities, including solution design, client presentations, and proposal inputContribute to shaping new opportunities by aligning solutions with client needsDrive continuous improvement, scalability, and innovation across automation solutionsQualifications:4+ years of hands-on experience with UiPath as a developer2+ years of experience in a Solutions Architect, Technical Lead, or similar role within RPA or automationStrong understanding of automation architecture, including UiPath best practices and framework designExperience designing and delivering end-to-end automation solutionsAbility to translate business requirements into structured, practical technical solutionsExperience working in client-facing environmentsStrong communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearlyExperience providing technical guidance or oversight to development teamsNice To Have:Experience with additional programming languages (e.g., Python, C#, or similar)Exposure to AI, machine learning, or agentic automation conceptsExperience in consulting or professional services environmentsFamiliarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure)Background in software development or engineering
