Responsibilities:
Adhere to company standards and service levels to increase sales and minimize costs, including food, beverage, supply, utility, and labor costs
Collaborate closely with leadership to streamline financial management, ensuring meticulous invoice processing, comprehensive reporting, and seamless personnel administration
Maintain professional restaurant image, including restaurant cleanliness, proper uniforms, and appearance standards
Deliver exceptional customer experience by proactively investigating and resolving guest complaints, transforming negative interactions into positive customer retention opportunities
Manage shifts which include daily decision making, scheduling, planning while ensuring consistent high quality of food preparation and service
Champion an empowering leadership approach that nurtures talent through continuous mentorship, personalized feedback, and innovative goal-setting that celebrates individual and team potential
Qualifications:
At least 2+ years of senior level management experience in a full-service, high-volume dining establishment
Extensive front of house knowledge; Advanced knowledge of financial aspects
Strong interpersonal and conflict resolution skills
Stable and progressive work history; Strong work ethic
