Production Assembler

Summary We are seeking a dedicated Production Assembler to join our dynamic team in Medford, NJ. In this role, you will play a crucial part in the assembly of our innovative products, contributing to our commitment to quality and excellence in the manufacturing process. Responsibilities Assemble components according to specifications and quality standards. Operate machinery and tools safely and efficiently. Collaborate with team members to optimize production processes. Conduct quality checks on finished products to ensure compliance with company standards. Maintain a clean and organized workspace. Follow safety protocols and guidelines at all times. Assist in training new team members as needed. Report any equipment malfunctions or safety concerns to supervisors Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. Proven experience in a manufacturing or assembly role. Strong mechanical knowledge and ability to use hand and power tools. Familiarity with assembly line processes is preferred. Ability to work effectively in a team environment. Good communication skills and attention to detail. Forklift certification is a plus but not required.
