Construction Superintendent - Commercial Projects Location: Charlotte, NC - No travel local work only! Salary: $120,000 - $135,000 + benefitsOur client is an award winning general contractor, specializing in commercial projects such as healthcare, retail, restaurants, offices, banks and many more! They are on the lookout for an experienced Superintendent to join them on a permanent basis. The right candidate MUST have commercial experience Our client has an excellent work culture and offers long term progression opportunities.This is a full-time, permanent position with excellent benefits & bonuses.Requirements:Minimum of 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent in commercial constructionBachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred; equivalent experience may be considered.Strong understanding of construction processes, building codes, and regulations. Proficiency in reading blueprints, project plans, and specifications.Proven ability to lead teams, including subcontractors, foremen, and laborers, and to foster a collaborative and productive work environment.Commercial ground up experience is a must This role is paying an excellent basic salary in addition to bonus & a generous benefits packageApply below to find out more
