Read below for more information!What Youll Do as a Sheeter Operator:Set up and operate sheeter machines according to job tickets and specificationsAdjust machine settings to ensure accurate sheet size, count, and qualityMonitor machine operation and inspect sheets for defects or quality issuesRecord production data, waste, and downtime accuratelyPerform routine cleaning and basic maintenance on sheeter equipmentMaintain a clean and organized work area following GMP and SQF standardsCommunicate equipment, safety, or quality issues to supervisionWhat You Need to Bring to the Sheeter Operator Role:Ability to stand and walk for extended periods during shiftsAbility to lift up to 50 lbs.Previous sheeter, converting, or manufacturing experience preferredBasic mechanical and troubleshooting skillsAbility to read measurements, job tickets, and work instructionsStrong attention to detail and commitment to quality and food safetyAbility to work independently and as part of a teamEnjoy weekly pay, access to health coverage options through Benefits in a Card (including preventative and minimum value plans), and temp-to-hire opportunities for long-term stability where applicable.
