Swim Team Coach

Make a splash this summer as our Head Swim Team Coacha high-impact leadership role perfect for someone whos passionate about developing young athletes and creating an energetic, team-first environment. In this role, youll lead all aspects of our summer swim program, from organizing practices and competitive swim meets to planning team socials and a memorable end-of-season celebration. Youll mentor swimmers of all skill levels, support assistant coaches, and foster a culture that balances competition with fun, safety, and personal growth. This position includes a schedule of 2025 hours per week (can obtain more hours with swim lessons or lifeguarding), including mornings, evenings, and weekends) and the opportunity to build strong relationships with swimmers and families. Ideal candidates are experienced coaches & swimmers, confident leaders, and excellent communicators who are knowledgeable in swim instruction and league rules, committed to safety (CPR/AED and First Aid certified), and passionate about aquatics, teamwork, and creating a positive, high-energy experience both in and out of the pool.
