This role is ideal for a detail-driven professional with strong foreclosure knowledge who thrives in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment. The position is full-time onsite, with the opportunity for a hybrid schedule after a successful 90-day onboarding period.Position SummaryIn this role, you will manage a high-volume portfolio of lender-side foreclosure cases from the initial referral through post-sale completion. You will draft legal documents, coordinate case activity, monitor deadlines, and maintain meticulous records throughout the life of each matter. If you're looking for long-term stability and hands-on involvement in meaningful legal work, this is an excellent opportunity to step into a vital role.Key ResponsibilitiesManage foreclosure files from opening through judgment, sale, and closeoutPrepare complaints, service packages, motions, notices, affidavits, and related pleadingsFile documents with Florida courts and monitor case progressReview ledgers, correspondence, title work, and supporting documentsDraft payoff figures, bid instructions, judgment documents, and post?sale filingsCoordinate attorney calendars, hearings, and deadlinesMaintain up-to-date case status in internal systems and client portalsOrder, review, and analyze title reports and related documentsPrepare and record deeds and assist with billing entriesSupport attorneys on contested and litigated matters, including discovery processingPerform administrative or clerical tasks as needed to ensure smooth workflowMinimum RequirementsHigh School Diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred2+ years of recent and tenured experience in foreclosure and/or creditors' rights billing as a paralegal supporting multiple US attorneysPrior Florida judicial foreclosure experience strongly preferred; related non-judicial experience consideredProficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and internet researchStrong written and verbal communication abilitiesProfessional client service skillsEffective problem-solver with sound judgmentCollaborative, dependable, and willing to assist team membersHighly organized, capable of managing multiple deadlinesAccurate, analytical, and detail-drivenBenefits:Depending on the specific client, location, and role, the benefits may include PTO, medical, dental, vision, term life and AD&D insurance, short-term disability and long-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits, wellness plans, and a 401k plan or a non-qualified deferred compensation plan.
