This position is best suited for a litigation support professional who is highly organized, deadline‑driven, and comfortable managing multiple attorneys in a fast‑paced environment.What You'll Do:Support litigation attorneys with daily administrative and case‑related tasksDraft, edit, and format litigation documents including motions, pleadings, correspondence, and discoveryHandle electronic filings in state and federal courts and track filing confirmationsMaintain and monitor attorney calendars, court deadlines, and litigation schedulesCoordinate depositions, hearings, and meetings, including logistics with outside vendorsManage case files and ensure accurate organization of electronic and hard‑copy materialsAssist with time entry, billing support, and administrative reportingCommunicate with internal teams, courts, and external parties in a professional mannerProvide assistance with travel coordination and expense submissions as neededWhat We're Looking For:5+ years of experience supporting litigation attorneys in a law firm settingExperience in Construction, Health law, commercial or business litigation is required.
