Case Manager - Applied Behavior Analysis

Currently, we are looking for a Case Manager to help ICAN-B services our clients. We offer Part-time hours. ICAN-B is an Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) service provider that currently serves families in Los Angeles, Ventura County, Orange County and San Mateo County (San Francisco). This is a great opportunity for people that will enroll or are currently completing their Masters Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis. You will be supervised and trained carefully by a BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analyst) on a weekly basis. Your BCBA will provide a vast amount of knowledge about the field of ABA and work with you to find the best way serve our wonderful clients. As a Case Manager you will also be able to acquire supervision hours (hours needed to sit for the BCBA exam) at no cost! Job Responsibilities and Duties: Provide direct supervision to assigned clients Provide parent training Manage Cases (ie reports, create programs, create stimuli, create BIPs) Provide supervision to behavior technicians and provide them with a strong support system Continuously monitor and analyze client progress and modify treatment plans accordingly ICAN-B Tier System: All Case Manager applicants must show proof of future or current enrollment in an ABA Master Program. CM Tier Level 1: $22-$25 Per Hour (2+ years of experience in the field of ABA, 75% of ABA master program completed (must show proof), and RBT certification (not required)) CM Tier Level 2: $26- $28 Per Hour (2+ years of experience in the field of ABA, 75% of ABA master program completed (must show proof), and RBT certification) CM Tier Level 3: $29-$30 Per Hour (2+ years of experience in the field of ABA, 90% of ABA master program completed, and RBT certification) If you are an entry level Case Manager applicant, upon hire ICAN-B will provide you with the resources to become a certified Registered Behavior Technician (RBT). Spanish speaking is a plus (high need)!! Qualifications: Experience/exposure with ABA, DTT, PRT, PECS, NET, and DR procedures is preferred.
