Job Title: Recruiter / Talent Acquisition CoordinatorLocation: Oklahoma City, OklahomaPay Rate: $40/hr. on W2Contract Duration: 3 Months ContractJob Summary:We are seeking a motivated Recruiter to support full-cycle recruitment for a variety of roles, including clinical, allied health, and corporate positions. This role involves partnering with hiring managers, sourcing qualified candidates, and managing the hiring process from requisition to offer.Key Responsibilities:Coordinate and manage recruitment activities for assigned rolesPartner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and define candidate profilesSource candidates through job boards, referrals, and other channelsScreen resumes and conduct initial interviews (phone/virtual/in-person)Manage job postings across internal and external platformsFacilitate interview scheduling and maintain communication with candidatesAssist in preparing and negotiating job offersMaintain accurate candidate data in the applicant tracking systemSupport recruitment events such as job fairs and networking activitiesEnsure compliance with company policies and hiring guidelinesRequired Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree0–3 years of professional or recruiting experienceStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentHighly organized and detail-orientedProficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
