Position: On-Call Sales Associate Location: WESTFIELD SOUTHCENTER Mall Pay Rate: $22-26/hour What You’ll Do: Engage with customers to provide an exceptional shopping experience. Share knowledge and enthusiasm for ROLIFE’s unique product range, including wooden puzzles and DIY crafts. Help customers find the perfect product for themselves or as a gift. Assist with merchandising, restocking, and keeping the store organized. What We’re Looking For: Friendly and customer-focused individuals with a passion for creative products. This position requires open availability. Are you able to work any shift within our operating hours? This role requires flexible availability to step in for call-outs, including evenings and weekends. Are you able to respond to short-notice shift requests? Do you understand that your weekly schedule beyond the guaranteed shift may vary and is not guaranteed? This position is primarily on-call, with one guaranteed 4–5 hour shift per week after training.
