Job Title: Senior Regional Provider Engagement ManagerLocation: Remote -Texas, United StatesType: Full TimeOur Client is seeking a Senior Regional Provider Performance & Engagement Leader to drive provider performance improvement and engagement strategies across a multi-market region. This highly visible role partners closely with regional and market leadership to advance quality, cost, utilization, risk adjustment, and value-based care outcomes. In this role, you will serve as a strategic advisor and performance leader—coaching market teams, influencing providers, and executing enterprise-aligned initiatives that deliver measurable results.What You’ll DoLead provider performance and engagement strategies across multiple local markets.Provide hands-on support to market teams, including coaching on data-driven provider performance conversations and in-person performance enablement sessions.Support onboarding and performance immersion for new team members and providers.Participate in monthly and quarterly leadership reviews to assess provider performance trends, prioritize high-impact opportunities, and align on corrective and growth strategies.Lead new provider engagement implementations with a focus on standardized performance tools, reporting, measurement, and accountability.Drive execution of strategic initiatives related to quality improvement, cost performance, risk adjustment accuracy, pharmacy outcomes, and value-based care performance.Develop and support large-scale provider performance transformation initiatives tied to operational and strategic goals.Collaborate with internal partners to support system-wide implementations and scale successful pilots into full deployment.Analyze and interpret provider performance data, identifying gaps and developing targeted, measurable action plans.Lead structured, outcome-focused engagement with high-impact providers—prioritizing performance improvement over routine servicing.Monitor provider performance across risk-based and value-oriented arrangements.Prepare and present executive-level insights through dashboards, reports, and presentations.Identify and escalate systemic barriers impacting provider outcomes and performance sustainability.Leverage analytics, demographics, and utilization trends to identify efficiency and care delivery improvement opportunities.Contribute to enterprise-wide provider performance initiatives and special projects as assigned.What You BringBachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).Master’s degree preferred.6+ years of experience in provider engagement, network management, healthcare strategy, or performance improvement.Strong expertise in provider performance metrics, including quality, cost, utilization, and risk adjustment.Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and influence senior stakeholders.Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills.Willingness to travel locally up to 50% of the time (mileage reimbursed).
