Position: Executive RecruiterLocation: Tampa, FL (Hybrid)Boutique recruiting agency seeks an Executive Recruiter to join their Team!ResponsibilitiesBusiness DevelopmentIdentify and prospect new client opportunities within Accounting, Finance, and HR sectorsConduct outbound outreach via phone, email, and LinkedInDevelop and maintain long-term client relationshipsConduct intake meetings to understand hiring needs and organizational cultureNegotiate terms of service and placement feesRecruitingManage full-cycle recruitment (intake → sourcing → interview → offer → placement)Source candidates using Loxo, SeekOut, and LinkedIn RecruiterBuild and maintain a strong pipeline of Accounting, Finance, and HR professionalsConduct candidate screening and behavioral interviewsPresent qualified candidates to clients with detailed profilesManage offer negotiations and candidate experienceCRM ManagementConsistently meet or exceed revenue and activity targetsMaintain accurate records in Loxo ATS/CRMTrack metrics including submissions, interviews, placements, and revenueContinuously build and refine candidate and client pipelinesQualifications2+ years of recruiting experience in talent management / preferred recruitmentProven success in cold outreach, business development and client acquisitionStrong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skillsResults-driven with a competitive mindsetAbility to manage multiple searches and priorities simultaneously
