We are seeking an Associate Financial Advisor to join our team and work with our existing clients and warm prospects. This position has room for growth and learning in the short term – we want to invest in your learning and career progress.

Responsibilities
Serve as a primary point of contact for clients’ financial planning related inquiries (via phone or email), ensuring clients understand their options and the implications of any recommended planning strategies
Prepare for and participate in semi-annual review meetings with clientsCreate and update financial plans for clients and present in client meetings
Work with outside consultants on tax, insurance, and mortgage to ensure the best outcome for clients
Coordinate with Client Service team to ensure data and document requests are fulfilled
Assist with trading and rebalancing client accounts
Requirements
2 years of financial services experience
CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER (CFP®) designation, or currently enrolled in a CFP program
Desire to learn more about tax and executive compensation and progress through designations in those areas
Ability to manage your own workload – we do not micromanage
Organization skills & attention to detail
Ability to track outstanding tasks to ensure great follow-through for our clients
Ability to communicate well
Ability to prioritize tasks, problem-solve, and meet deadlines
Experience with our systems is not required, but is a plus: Wealthbox, Advyzon, AssetMap, Holistiplan, Pontera, Jump, TaxStatus, Trayecto, Schwab Advisor Center
The Process
Qualified candidates will start the process by having a 15-30 minute zoom interview conducted by our consultant (who is the hiring manager for the position). If there is ground to move forward, you will be required to fill out a Career History Form and if you are selected to advance, you will be invited for an interview with the advisors. Qualified candidates will be asked to take assessments.
