DCI Job Requirement for:
CNO Developer
Location: Annapolis Junction, MD
Job Description:
Serve as a CNO Developer
Provide cyber security and development expertise
Design, test, implement, and manage safeguards against cyberattacks of the system
Identify, mitigate, and resolve vulnerabilities within existing security systems
Work directly with penetration testers to perform penetration tests
Assess potential security problems
Develop organization wide security measures
Prepare performance reports and communicate system status
Design, engineer, model, analyze, and develop:
Software systems
Software delivery processes (including DevOps pipelines)
Software development and deployment processes
Assist Federal agencies in tailoring Agile development and delivery techniques
Engage with Government leaders
Develop Agile processes, plans, and architectures to support:
Software development, analysis, and operations
Supervise and mentor subordinate project and Team staff
Qualifications:
BS in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent
5+ years of overall relevant experience
AS +11 years of experience
HS diploma +13 years of experience
Experience with the following:
C, C#, C++, SQL, or Java. Experience with Jira, Confluence, and GIT
Experience designing, engineering, analyzing, and developing software systems
Experience modeling and analyzing software development and deployment processes
DoD 8570.01-m IAT Level II certified
DoD 8570.01-m IAM Level III or IASAE Level III certified
Experience with embedded system vulnerability development
Experience working within a Scrum team or agile environment (Preferred)
REQUIRED: Active TS/SCI Security Clearance
