This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a hands-on environment and is passionate about logistics, organization, and delivering excellent service. This is a DIRECT HIRE opportunity.Responsibilities Include:Coordinate and assist with outbound containersSchedule and verify freight and container movementsCapture and document photos of outbound loadsMaintain accurate shipment records and documentationCommunicate with carriers and internal teams to ensure smooth operationsPrioritize tasks effectively to meet shipping deadlinesSupport overall warehouse efficiency and workflowQualifications:Experience with WMS or SAPProficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)Previous customer service experienceStrong time management and organizational skillsAbility to quickly learn new systems and toolsHigh attention to detail and accuracyStrong communication skills and a proactive, team-oriented mindset
