Construction Site Manager

SummaryThe Construction Site Project Manager is constantly equipping, motivating, and supporting members of the Production Team. Deliver exceptional customer service and workmanship for all of our customers, all of the time. You are responsible for the consistency, profitability, and success of all projects assigned to your team. Continually analyze and assess production, making timely, informed decisions to ensure success. You will live our vision, culture, and ethics and encourage other members of the Production Team to do the same. Responsibilities: Manage and coordinate construction projects from start to finish Supervise subcontractors and installation crews on-site Maintain effective communication with clients throughout the project Ensure timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met Handle project documentation using basic computer tools Serve as the primary point of contact between the company and the customer during installation Qualifications: Excellent customer service skills, including the ability to keep calm and be clear with challenging Customers, staff, and vendors. Strong leadership and communication skills (bilingual English/Spanish a plus) Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment Valid driver’s license and an insurable driving record Basic proficiency with computers and project tracking toolsStrong 4-function math skills: addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division. Additional training or coursework in construction skills, estimating, and/or customer service are a plus.
