Membership Sales Associate

POSITION PURPOSEThe Membership Sales Associate is responsible for supporting incoming member inquiries in a timely manner, maintaining account balances as well as requesting payment for membership renewal. A Membership Sales Associate is professional, approachable, and can articulate with members over the phone or email on system updates, new product offerings, and property developments to ensure optimal engagement results in achieving membership retention goals. Daily tasks include but are not limited to; administrative duties, excel, data entry as well as maintaining accurate filing and storage, adhering to the privacy policy, and sensitivity related to confidential information.A successful Membership Sales Associate thrives in a fast-paced environment and is comfortable managing high-volume phone lines in demanding environments as well as emailing with members, producing membership cards, and securing and storing credit card information.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONSTeam influencer, expert intime management, producing membership cards, data entry, maintaining communication with members and achieving retention goalsField incoming and outgoing member inquiries regarding payment, calls for restaurant, roof, and cinema reservations, general inquiries, and deliveries, messages for members and from employees, among other inquiriesAssist with coordination and execution of sales tours as well as monitoring the membership sales pipelineCompile and process membership leads and contactsComfortable cold calling members as well as field incoming requests and calls pertaining to updating account details, payment information, and collecting paymentPositive influence for productivity and assisting fellow teammates with incoming inquiries by providing solutions or resources to support their overall successResponsible for preparing Welcome Packets for new member introduction as well as producing Membership Cards for distribution and the overall retention of membershipAssist members with accessing various accounts and appsAdministrative duties are as follows but are not limited to, filing members' applications, managing Membership requests, and updating member contact information including photos, addresses, emails, and payment information as well as maintaining and storing membership stationary inventorySupport Club director and Membership team with member outreach for monthly and quarterly paymentsPerforming any additional duties as requested by the Club director needed.Required Skills/QualificationsMinimum of 2+ years' experience in luxury hospitality, front desk, reservations or callcenter/customer serviceMust have excellent written and oral communication skills and be fluent in EnglishMust be an excellent problem solver that prides themselves in providing optimal customer service and experienceMust have excellent technical aptitude and ability to work quickly and efficiently with Word, and Excel.Flexible schedule and must be able to work nights, weekends, and holidaysDetail-oriented, sound judgment, and strong interpersonal skillsHigh school diploma or equivalent required, 4 years related degree preferredPhysical RequirementsMust be able to seize, grasp, turn and hold objects with handsMust be able to work stationary for at least 9 hoursPeriodical fast-paced movements are required to go from one part of the property to othersMust be able to move, pull, carry or lift at least 40 poundsOccasionally kneel, bend, and crouch is requiredPAY: $27/hr + Commission on sales
