CNC Machining Technician High-Precision Manufacturing Location: Union Gap, WAPay: Up to $30 per hour DOESchedule: MondayFriday | MUST be able to work night shift!!!About the Opportunity Join a leading manufacturer producing high-precision components for the aviation industry. If you're an experienced CNC operator who takes pride in producing accurate parts and wants stability with room to growthis role is for you.Must-Have Requirements Recent CNC Experience:2+ years' operating CNC machinery within the last 3 years (mills and/or lathes required)Technical Ability:Proficient with CNC operations, program offsets, tool changes, and basic troubleshootingAbility to read and interpret detailed blueprints and mechanical drawingsWork History:Demonstrated reliability and strong job tenure in previous rolesWhat You'll Do Operate CNC mills, lathes, water jets, and/or 5-axis router systemsPerform basic program edits (offsets, tool height adjustments, etc.)Confirm that scanned programs match prints and specificationsUse precision measurement tools (calipers, gauges, etc.) to verify tolerancesDiagnose and resolve machining or setup issues during productionRecord accurate production data and maintain all required documentationKeep your work area clean, organized, and safety-compliantQualifications High School Diploma or GEDStrong mechanical aptitudeCompetent math and basic computer skillsClear verbal and written communicationAbility to pass standard pre-employment screensWhat's in it for me?
