Server

Responsibilities:
* Provide excellent customer service and ensure guest satisfaction
* Take orders and serve food and beverages to customers
* Ensure accuracy in order taking and delivery
* Maintain a clean and organized work area
* Collaborate with kitchen and other staff members to ensure smooth service
* Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints
* Upsell menu items and promote specials to enhance guest experience
* Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines
* Maintain knowledge of menu items, including ingredients and preparation methods
Requirements:
* Previous experience in a similar role as a server is preferred
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
* Excellent multitasking and time management abilities
* Attention to detail and accuracy in order taking
* Ability to handle cash transactions and operate a POS system
* Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
* Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
