Job Description Job Summary: Branch 50The Warehouse Lead is responsible for overseeing daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficient workflow, accurate inventory management, and adherence to safety standards. This role supervises warehouse staff, coordinates tasks, and supports continuous improvement in productivity and quality. Key Responsibilities:Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse activities, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shippingLead, train, and support warehouse associates to meet performance goalsMonitor inventory levels and ensure accuracy through regular cycle counts and auditsEnforce safety procedures and maintain compliance with company and regulatory standardsAssign tasks and manage workload to meet deadlines and operational targetsOperate warehouse equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks) as neededTroubleshoot operational issues and implement process improvementsMaintain clean, organized, and efficient warehouse environmentCollaborate with other departments (e.g., logistics, purchasing, customer service)Track and report key performance metrics (KPIs) Qualifications:High school diploma or equivalent2–5 years of warehouse experience, with at least 1 year in a leadership roleStrong knowledge of warehouse operations and inventory systemsForklift certification (preferred or required depending on company)Ability to lead a team and communicate effectivelyBasic computer skills (WMS, Microsoft Office, etc.)Strong problem-solving and organizational skills Physical Requirements:Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs. regularlyStanding, walking, bending, and lifting for extended periodsComfortable working in varying warehouse conditions (temperature, noise, etc.) Company DescriptionGreat well known company!Company DescriptionGreat well known company!
