Assembler / Shipping Associate

About the Role We are hiring Assemblers and Shipping Associates for manufacturing warehouses in the Chelmsford, North Andover, Lawrence, and surrounding areas. These are immediate openings with competitive pay and the opportunity to get your foot in the door with leading local companies. If you have at least 6 months of manufacturing, assembly, or warehouse experience and are fluent in English, we want to meet you. What You’ll Do Assembly duties include: Assemble products, components, or subassemblies following written instructions, blueprints, or visual aids Use hand tools, power tools, and basic measuring instruments Inspect finished parts for quality and report defects Maintain a clean and safe work area Meet daily production goals and follow all safety protocols Shipping/Warehouse duties include: Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment according to customer specifications Verify part numbers, quantities, and shipping labels for accuracy Use RF scanners, computers, and shipping software (ERP/SAP) as needed Load and unload pallets and materials; may operate pallet jacks or other warehouse equipment Receive incoming shipments, count, and put away stock Keep inventory organized and assist with cycle counts Requirements English Proficiency: Must be able to read, write, and speak English clearly for safety, training, and communication on the job Experience: Minimum 6 months of recent experience in a manufacturing, assembly, or warehouse environment Ability to stand for entire shift, lift up to 50 lbs. regularly, and perform repetitive tasks Basic math skills and attention to detail Reliable transportation and willingness to work in the Chelmsford/North MA area Preferred (but not required): Experience with soldering, mechanical assembly, or quality inspection Forklift, pallet jack, or reach truck experience Why Apply?
