HRIS Director
A company is looking for an HRIS Director to lead the development of its HR systems strategy leveraging Workday HCM.
Key ResponsibilitiesProvide vision and direction for the HRIS function to align with organizational goals
Oversee the configuration, maintenance, and performance of Workday, ensuring reliability and security
Lead HRIS projects, implementing process improvements and enhancing user experienceRequired QualificationsBachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, human resources, or related field
Proficiency in Workday Core HCM and additional modules such as Recruitment and Benefits
At least 10 years of experience in HR system management, with 6+ years in Workday HCM
Experience with Workday Adaptive and Workday Pro HCM certifications are a plus
Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and demonstrate a service orientation
