Service Desk Technician

Position: IT Service Desk TechnicianLocation: Bingen, WA - Onsite6 month Contract This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on technical support but also thrives in the operational side of IT. You’ll be responsible for front-line user support while also playing a key role in hardware deployments, inventory management, workstation lifecycle activities, and day-to-day IT coordination.Key Responsibilities• Provide Level 1 support for end users across hardware, software, and peripheral issues• Handle workstation setup, deployments, imaging, and onboarding activities• Support inventory management, asset tracking, stock control, and deployment records• Troubleshoot Windows endpoints, Microsoft 365, printers, and standard enterprise applications• Coordinate day-to-day IT operational activities and maintain accurate documentationQualifications• 2+ years of experience in IT support, service desk, desktop support, or helpdesk environments• Strong hands-on troubleshooting and hardware deployment experience• Experience with inventory control, asset management, or operational tracking processes• Working knowledge of Windows environments and Microsoft 365• Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a customer-focused mindset
